Waiting time to see the Doctor - We are making longer appointments for Patients who need more time and allow for Doctors to have some ‘catch up’ time in the day.
Urgent Appointments - We are endevoring to keep more ‘urgent’ appointments availble for ‘on-the-day’ bookings.
After Hours Visits - Our telephones are diverted to a Locum Service. Please call 9876 3011 after hours to arrange a home visit from the Locum Doctors.
Availabiility to see Doctor of choice - An additional Doctor is now working at the MTC, allowing for more choice.
When we are closed - We are closed on Public Holidays and for 2 weeks over Christmas/New Years. We have signs in our waiting room, on our website, on the front door and handouts displaying our closing times and alternative care options during this period.
