Lemon Footbath

Learn the benefits, the how and why. Experience the relaxation, warmth and grounding of a footbath on the day, whilst learning how to give a footbath at home and indications for use.

PLUS: Discussions on Warmth and the Madonna’s cloak and how this relates to you.

Experience the gentle, calming effect of a Heart Cloth and how you can use this at home.

Make your own simple and effective Cough Syrup using ingredients from home.
