Medical appointments
Appointments can be made in person or over the phone and must be made in advance. Please let reception know at the time of booking if you require an long appointment.
Walk in patients can only be accommodated if an appointment is available.
We offer Face to Face, Telehealth and Telephone appointments. Home visits can be arranged when required and must be made in advance.
Billing
We are a private billing clinic. Fees are listed below.
Standard 15 min consultation $90.00.
Long 30 min consultation $160.00.
Initial or Extended 45 min consultation $225 - $300.00.
Extra fees for procedures may apply.
Medicare rebates apply. Bulk billing may be offered at the Doctor’s discretion. DVA cards accepted. Concession rates apply for children under 16, pensioners and current health care card holders. Accounts must be paid at the time of consultation.
communication
You can contact the doctors at our clinic by calling during normal business hours and leaving a message with a medical receptionist. Your message will be passed onto the doctor during surgery hours.
Appointments are not usually made via email, except in certain circumstances.
Patient may email the MTC and the email will be referred to the doctor concerned. Some of our doctors correspond via email directly. Reception staff will acknowledge receipt of emails sent to mtc@melbournetherapy.org.au
