Join Maternal and Child Health Nurses Seneka Bowen and Jessica Moraes for this five week program for new parents. This new program will support you in your parenting in a warm and nourishing environment. Working out of a commitment to protecting a newborn’s senses and supporting health human development, we look forward to walking the path of parenthood with you as you get to know your baby.

Wednesday mornings 9.30am to 11.30am starting 12th October for 5 weeks.

Each week we will focus on a key theme:

Week 1: The first 40 days, learning about your baby, the mothering role and healing from birth.

Week 2: Sleep, settling and creating healthy rhythms.

Week 3: emotional wellbeing and relationships.

Week 4: Taking the world in, nourishing baby and baby’s first food.

Week 5: Nursing a sick baby, remedies and support.

$125 for all sessions with morning tea provided.
